Robot is not spraying water

Follow the flowchart below. For each stage that requires further instructions you’ll find the instructions below:

Check communication with Water Control Box

  1. Press Window key on the keyboard

  2. Type cmd and press Enter

  3. Type ping 172.1.1.8

    1. Pass - If the reply starts with:

      1. Reply from 172.1.1.8: bytes=32 time=1ms TTL=128

    2. Fail - if the reply is of form:

      1. Request timed out

      2. Reply from 172.1.1.8: Destination host unreachable.

Check Water System

  1. Run robots

  2. Open GUI Menu

  3. Go to Water Control

  4. Press On button under the Control to turn the water control off

  5. Check spray and flow. (If several robots don’t spray perform the next steps for each robot)

    1. Robot valve:

      1. Press Off button under the Robot to turn water on

        1. Is robot spraying water?

          1. Pass - Continue

          2. Fail - Contact Support: Issue with robot solenoid

        2. Is flow reading changing?

          1. Pass - Continue

          2. Fail - Contact Support: Issue with flow meter

      2. Press On button under the Robot to turn water off

    2. Boost valve:

      1. Press Off button under the Boost to turn water on

        1. Is robot spraying water?

          1. Pass - Continue

          2. Fail - Contact Support: Issue with boost solenoid

      2. Press On button under the Boost to turn water off

  6. Press Off button under the Control to turn the water control on
