Crane is not moving

Follow the flowchart below. For each stage that requires further instructions you’ll find the instructions below:

No Reading from Cable Sensor

No Readings from Cable Sensor

Check communication with Crane Control Box

1. Press Window key on the keyboard

2. Type cmd and press Enter

3. Type ping 172.1.1.5

   1. Pass - If the reply if of form:

      1. Reply from 172.1.1.5: bytes=32 time=1ms TTL=128

   2. Fail - if the reply is of one of the forms:

      1. Request timed out

      2. Reply from 172.1.1.5: Destination host unreachable.

Check communication with Operator Control Box

1. Press Window key on the keyboard

2. Type cmd and press Enter

3. Type ping 172.1.1.3

   1. Pass - If the reply starts with:

      1. Reply from 172.1.1.3

   2. Fail - if the reply is of form:

      1. Request timed out

Power Cycle to Component

1. Disconnect component from power

2. Wait 60 seconds

3. Connect component to power

Wait 30 seconds for component to turn on completely before continuing to the next step
