AirSkin touch alert - In front of facade

This is a Safety Procedure. Do not move to next step until the previous step was completed.

  1. Press operator E-Stop - Freeze the situation

  2. Contact Platform Operator and declare “AirSkin Touched”

  3. Platform Operator has to confirm “AirSkin Touched”

  4. Platform Operator checks visually what is touching the AirSkin

    1. If it is something that can be moved (i.e. cable): Remove the touching object

    2. If it is something that cannot be moved (i.e. sill): Contact Support: AirSkin Touched Alert

  5. Platform Operator goes to safety position:

    1. As far as possible from the robot/robots

    2. Sit down - head bellow table level

    3. Not moving until instructed

  6. Platform Operator declares “In Safety Position”

  7. GUI Operator has to confirm “In Safety Position”

  8. Release operator E-Stop

  9. Press Run Robot

    1. Robot turns on and returns home

      1. Notify Platform Operator - “AirSkin Touched Ended”

      2. Continue Operation

    2. Robot does not turn on - AirSkin Touched message continues:

      1. Return to the Roof - Perform AirSkin touched alert

      2. Contact Support: AirSkin Touched Alert
